- Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.
- Washing or drying clothes inside rooms or on balconies is not permitted unless arranged with management.
- Cooking inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited due to safety reasons.
- Intra-stay cleanings are available during weekdays for an additional charge.

Flexible cancellation
We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in cases of rule violations without refund.
