Terms & Conditions
Mugahinga Park View Hotel – Kisoro, Uganda
By making a reservation, checking in, or staying at Mugahinga Park View Hotel, guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations & Check-In
- Check-in time: From 8:00 AM
- Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.
- All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.
2. Payments
- Payment may be made on arrival (offline) using cash, mobile money, or other accepted methods.
- Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Additional services used during the stay must be settled before check-out.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may attract a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Failure to arrive without prior notice (no-show) will result in a charge of one night’s accommodation.
4. Room Occupancy
- Rooms must not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated at booking.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Extra beds or guests may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and avoid disturbing others.
- Loud music, excessive noise, or disorderly behavior is not permitted.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct.
6. Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or indoor public areas.
- Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
- Alcohol consumption is only allowed in permitted areas.
7. Damage & Loss
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property caused during their stay.
- Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left unattended.
8. Safety & Security
- Guests are advised to secure valuables and use provided safety measures.
- The hotel shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or loss resulting from guest negligence.
- Emergency and safety instructions must be followed at all times.
9. Visitors
- Non-resident visitors must be registered at reception.
- Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 9:00 PM without management approval.
10. Force Majeure
- The hotel shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
11. Amendments
- Mugahinga Park View Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Updated terms will be available at reception and on official platforms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
